Amanda
Acorn, Dancer
Amanda
is an independent dance artist currently performing and creating in Toronto. She is a graduate of the Canadian College of
Performing Arts and The School of Toronto Dance Theatre and has pursued a diverse training across Canada and in Europe. Amanda
has performed works by Peggy Baker, Kimberley Cooper, Decidedly Jazz Danceworks, Christopher House, Sasha Ivanochko, Roger
Sinha, Heidi Strauss and Tedd Robinson among others. She has performed at the Canada Dance Festival, Guelph Contemporary Dance
Festival, Nuit Blanche, Junction Arts Festival, Toronto Fringe Festival and the Dance Ontario Dance Weekend. Amanda has appeared
in several dance films and recently filmed a music video for Toronto based musician Katie Stelmanis, directed by Jesi The
Elder.

Julie
d’Entremont, Dancer
Born in Halifax, Julie began her dance training at the age of five. Studying in various disciplines,
she developed her love of movement and its varied vocabulary. In 2005 Julie moved to Toronto to attend Ryerson University’s
Performance Dance program, under the direction of Nadia Potts. In the spring of 2009 she graduated, receiving a Bachelor of
Fine Arts degree with honours. Julie has had the privilege of performing works by Robert Glumbek, Holly Small, Louis Laberge-Cote,
Roberto Campanella, D.A. Hoskins and Darryl Tracey. With a strong belief in the importance of varied and continual training,
Julie has received additional training from the Banff Centre, The Ailey School, The School of Toronto Dance Theatre, and the
ProArteDanza Summer Intensive Program.

Megan Nadain, Dancer Born in Vancouver, BC, Megan began her dance
training at the Anna Wyman School of Dance Arts where she trained extensively in ballet and modern. She danced at MainDance
in Vancouver for one year before moving to Toronto to pursue her dance training at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre from
which she recently graduated. As a student, Nadain has had the opportunity to perform original works by choreographers such
as Marc Boivin, David Earle, Sasha Ivanochko, Sharon Moore, John Ottmann, Kenny Pearl, David Pressault, and Anna Wyman. Nadain
has choreographed several pieces which have been performed both in Vancouver and Toronto. In 2007, Nadain was awarded scholarships
from the Hnatyshyn Foundation and the BC Arts Council.

Jordana Deveau, Dancer/Rehearsal Director Jordana began her professional
training with the Canadian Children's Dance Theatre (CCDT) in 1990, dancing in the company from 1994 to 2000, and performing
the works of many eminent choreographers including Peggy Baker, David Earle, Margi Gillis, Keith Lee, and Holly Small.
As an independent dance artist, Jordana has performed the works of Sidra Bell, Piotr Biernat, Jesse Dell, Deborah Lundmark,
Andrea Nann, Roger Sinha, and Santee Smith. Jordana has been performing with Event Horizon Dance (EHD) since 2006 and in 2009
became EHD's Rehearsal Director. As Associate Artistic Director of CCDT, Jordana is a dance educator, rehearsal director,
and outreach workshop facilitator.

Mafa
Makhubalo, Dancer Mafa was born and raised
in Sasolburg, South Africa and received a diploma in dance from the Tshwane University of Technology. He was an apprentice
with Tshwane Dance Theatre and is the recipient of the FNB Vita Dance Umbrella Award. Mafa has collaborated with the Alvin
Alley Dance Company (South Africa), toured with Vuyane Dance Theater (Amsterdam) and performed at events such as Grahams-town
Arts Festival, FNB Vita Dance Umbrella and Arts Alive Festival. Mafa trained and apprenticed at Ballet Creole and was a member
of OMO Dance Company. He is currently a dance Instructor for dance Immersion YAP program, dance Educator for Children Dance
Theatre and a member of Aya Dance Collective. Mafa is currently dancing with COBA (Collective of Black Artist) and Event Horizon
Dance.

Erin
Cowan, Dancer Erin is a graduate of
the Senior Professional Program of the School of Contemporary Dancers and has danced with Alban Elved Dance Company in Durham,
NC and Winnipeg Dance Projects at the 2006 Canada Dance Festival. Erin performed with David Monk in Calgary, as well as on
Monk’s tour of The Weathering Suite. As an independent dancer, Erin has worked with Susie Burpee, Meagan O’Shea,
Alicia Grant and Cara Spooner, Phyllis Whyte, Keiko Ninomiya, Freya Olafson, Kirsten Wiren, and Sarah Lochhead. She is currently
a member of The Lab Project, Event Horizon Dance Company, and Little Pear Garden Collective.

Kimberly Chin Kimberly Chin began her dance training at The National Ballet School in the Junior Associates Program,
and soon after joined the full time school for several years under the direction of Mavis Staines. In 2009
she graduated from the Ryerson University's Theatre Performance Dance program, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Kimberly
has received extensive training in ballet, modern, jazz, West African, musical theatre, and has also studied improvisation,
composition, partnering, acting, singing, and dancing on film. During her time time at Ryerson she has
also had the opportunity to work with renowned artists such as Karen Duplisea, Vicki St. Denys, Nadia Potts, William Yong,
Robert Glumbek, Allen Kaeja, Louis Laberge Cote, and Christopher House among other inspiring artists. Kimberly
has also trained in many summer intensives such as TDT, The Ailey School, and most recently ProArte Danza.
Guest Choreographers and Dancers

Libydo For nearly ten years ‘Libydo’
has been a part of the underground bboy dance scene. An individual in many respects is revered as one of the most influential
dancers in the Toronto hip-hop community and break dance history. Libydo has performed with such notable acts such as The
Pocket Dwellers, The Salads and most recently K-OS. Currently Libydo is working with Event Horizon
Dance and is a dancer, promoter and organizer for monthly events called Footprints, and Atomic Shuffle.
Libydo is very proud to have been one of the dancers to make the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest bboy/bgirl
circle, 24 hours of continuous dancing as part of the Cure for Cancer Fundraiser.

Nicole Nigro, Guest Choreographer Forever moving, Nicole enrolled in her first ballet class at the age of five in Edmonton, Alberta. She has
since trained at schools across Canada and the United States, including The Virginia School of the Arts and The School of
Toronto Dance Theatre. Since graduating Nikki has had the privilege to dance with the Danny Grossman Dance Company, Toronto
Dance Theatre, Dance Theatre David Earle, Event Horizon Dance, Bill James, Louis Laberge-Côtè, Sharon Moore,
Yvonne Ng and other independent choreographers. She embarked on her teaching career, assisting and teaching with The School
of Toronto Dance Theatre, Toronto Dance Theatre and across Canada with Parks and Recreation. Nicole recently returned from
Mexico where she was working as a choreographer, rehearsal director and dancer. She is excited to be back in Canada pursuing
her dance career and furthering her education; she is currently completing a BFA and BED degree at York University.
